Support Update - Onboarding Agents

Over the last few weeks, we have been busy putting together articles for onboarding new agents (and refreshing old ones) and using Myphoner in general.
In the agent onboarding articles, agents will learn:
- How to set up their account (after receiving an invitation).
- Learn how to setup & change their preferences.
- Understand how to read and navigate their dashboard.
- Learn what the queue is and how to use it effectively.
- Learn how to work with leads.

Some of you have asked for us to start having webinars where we look at the different ways to use Myphoner depending on your industry and requirements. We are glad to say that we are looking into adding webinars in the near future. Currently, we are looking at the feasibility and best way to have them that emphasis learning.
